As the Business Manager, Tania thrives on the variety this role offers. She is passionate about supporting growth, driving positive outcomes, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Chloe is bright, young Administration Assistant. She comes from years of experiencing working with NDIS Providers and participants.

Bisham has nearly four years of experience as a support coordinator. He is continually inspired by how dynamic this field is, it keeps him learning and moving forward.

Kimberley has been working as an NDIS support coordinator since the end of 2021. She brings experience helping NDIS participants navigate their plans with confidence and clarity. She is passionate about empowering participants to make informed choices, build their capacity and achieve their goals.

Lynne has worked in mental health/ homeless programs since 2010. Her desire to support families and participants comes from lived experience. She understands the difficulty of navigating the NDIS and wants to work alongside participants and families to help break down the barriers, overcome challenges and help them to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Meretini has been working in the Disability Sector since 2011. She received her start as a Service Adviser and worked in this role until March 2019.
She has been a support coordinator with Bright Coordination from April 2019 and is very passionate about her role. Meretini enjoys supporting the families and providers she has the pleasure of communicating with.

Rachel comes from a background in the Health and Medical sector. She spent 7 years working in aged care. She now has 3 years of working within the disability sector under her belt. Rachel enjoys supporting participants to achieve their goals.
